"One must have the patience to overcome all obstacles. That's what my master taught me, after all.""Lei Gong. The name I was given by Master Amatsuchi is Hiraku Kitagawa. It's an honor to meet you! I suppose you should know, but I was the first one who signed upon this project by the Prime Minister. Although I was chosen for this by him, I admit, I'm not perfect. I have... issues, suppressing my emotions. For that reason, I remain stoic and adverse from tension, but even under most stressful situations, I remain unbroken."

Divine Weapon: Shuwen.
Rank: Mastery.

Lei Gong’s Divine Weapon. Shuwen has the ability to shift from a pair of jade gauntlets to a jade spear at his own convenience; it exists to change according to his fighting style. It is fluid with his motions. In order to change it to spear form, Lei Gong must put his hands together in order for the materials to make shape once again. Putting enough pressure in the center of the spear, or breaking it apart with both hands morphs the weapon back into its gauntlet form.

skills
Mercurial EmperorLei Gong’s body is poisonous to the touch, and as such, he not only rotes the soul, but degrades the physical body as well. But in exchange to no physical attack ever harming his person, both he and his enemies will always strike their attacks true.
Master of Many ArtsAn extreme master of nearly an absurd amount of martial arts. Since a boy, he’s gone on to master the art of numerous Japanese and Chinese martial arts, specifically those used in close quarters. This includes multiple forms of Aikido, Wing Chun, Baijiquan, Judo, Iaido and Baguazhang. However, it’s been noted that he’s training in Muay Thai, American-styled kickboxing and regular Boxing. Masahiko Ametsuchi comments by saying “What do you need that many arts for?”, though usually the answer is “To defend you as best as possible.” Additionally, it’s shown that he’s been able to mix and master the art of Liu He Da Qiang and Sōjutsu together to create the ultimate form of spearplay, something that is unbelievable for most masters of weaponry.
Berserk War GodLei Gong’s wrath triggers an immense strength and power boost within him, allowing the man to effectively endure any attack that will kill him instantly, or grievously injure him. In fact, it will force him to keep fighting, so long as his subconsciousness sees that there is still a fight that must be won still. This form of eternal fight also triggers an advanced form of regeneration, negating all attacks that have previously tried to kill him in the past.
Great TandavaUsing the power of Shenyong Dajiangjun, Lei Gong has the power to manipulate the celestial cosmos at the behest of the Noema he possesses. At the cost of his own sanity however, is he only able to use this power. As such, it is only used when in a Berserk state, preventing his mind from being tampered with naturally.
Noema: Shi HuangdiA manifestation of one’s thoughts that are made physical. It is different from a Divine Weapon, as it separates itself from one’s Will, and rather, is an one manifesting an idea from their consciousness. When using it, his Divine Weapon turns into the element of mercury. It allows him to be more resistant against fire, but a lot weaker to electricity. Qin Shi Huang also allows his arms when used as gauntlets to extend to extreme lengths, but also be used as a shield against objects. As a spear, it can also extend to extreme lengths, but in exchange for defense, it is pure offensive power.
Noema: Shenyong DajiangjunWhen in a wrathful and angry state, Lei Gong’s Noema turns into Shenyong Dajiangjun; he does not possess two Noema, but rather an Noema that possesses another face, like Lei Gong himself. The mercury his weapon is reshaped into a three prong spear, with its abilities being designed to strike down those Lei Gong perceives as “evil” and has a greater effect on Kalis. Shenyong Dajiangjun has a passive named “Nine Turns Divine Skill”, which grants him the power of immutability in exchange for increased bodily harm. Lei Gong ignores and negates all damage on his person, ignoring damage from all. The downside is the moment that he reverts back to normal or calms down, the blowback cracks and destroys his body little by little. Overusage (which is possible) of Shenyong Dajiangjun can cause day long comas, or in theory: death.
lost instrument
First Emperor; Heavenly Fist of Mercury: MasteryThe Lost Instrument of Lei Gong, born from the desire of “I want to strike down the enemy with a singular blow.” His Lost Instrument has two uses; The first, which is often the immediate response to most challenging opponents, is to hit an opponent with a gigantic, skyscraper sized fist of mercury, burying his opponents under immense weight and force. The second, is a fist of mercury, akin to the size of a filled bowl, is imparted upon a foe. The mercury encroaches upon an enemy and buries deep within them, poisoning his target until they either pass out or succumb to the mercury poisoning. The more time passes, the weaker his opponents become, but the mercury in his opponents can easily be expelled by those who manipulate liquids or control electricity.
Divine Foresight; All-Seeing Third Eye: PerfectionThe second Lost Instrument of Lei Gong, born from the desire of “I want to take revenge on my enemies.” Unlike the Heavenly Fist of Mercury, the All-Seeing Third Eye is rather simple; it sees the future outcomes of his opponents at least a minute ahead of time. By projecting the future as a mental image, Lei Gong’s wrathful state is passively aware of what his opponents will do to him. Because everything around him is an “enemy” in this state, he can see the movements of all things. However, Lei Gong cannot intervene with something that is in motion, only intercept it before it occurs. If something happens five seconds ahead of time, he cannot stop something if it is right upon him. The All-Seeing Third Eye also banishes all deceptions, allowing him to strike enemies that may try to deceive him.
Xiaotian Quan; To Me, Beast of Wrath: UnknownThe third Lost Instrument of Lei Gong, born from the combinations of desires of “I want to take revenge on my enemies” and “I want to strike down the enemy with a singular blow” to become “I want to embody the concept of wrath, while maintaining a balanced identity.” Combining his two Noema to create a Lost Instrument that embodies his Sin of Wrath, while also acknowledging and understanding its flaws. What is summoned is a storm that rebels against the Divine, and blotting out all celestial lights in the sky. The darkness is turned into pure mercury, an extension of Lei Gong’s self, as it poisons, drowns and sees all events that unfold within its domain. Additionally, Lei Gong is able to strike his opponents directly without touching them, an omnipresent force of destruction which exists at the tip of his fingers. Despite this though, because he has combined his Lost Instruments, they still carry the overall weakness they share.
